摘要
针对国内城市轨道交通地铁车辆上是否应依据欧盟EN45545防火标准设置防火隔断门问题,结合广州地铁十八号线地铁车辆上设置的防火隔断门的应用案例,从城市轨道交通车辆防火隔断门结构设计及工作原理、设置防火隔断门的优缺点、防火隔断门运用可靠性、防火隔断门设置依据、不设置防火隔断门原因等方面进行分析,认为在城市轨道交通地铁车辆上,防火隔断门的应用能够隔离火灾险情,但同时增加车辆能耗、车辆维护检修工作量及车辆整体故障率,国内城市轨道交通新建线路地铁车辆不需要照搬欧盟EN45545防火标准,应结合本国国情及当地城市轨道交通行业标准规范要求和当地地铁运营实际客运量情况来综合考虑是否设置防火隔断门。可为我国城市轨道交通新建线路地铁车辆时论证设置防火隔断门提供参考。
Aiming at the question of whether fire partition doors should be installed on domestic urban rail transit subway vehicles in accordance with the EU EN45545 fire protection standard,combined with the application case of fire partition doors installed on subway vehicles of Guangzhou Metro Line 18,from the structural design and working principle of the fire partition door of urban rail transit vehicles,the advantages and disadvantages of setting fire partition door,the reliability of the application of fire partition door,the basis of setting fire partition door,the reason of not setting fire partition door and other aspects of the analysis,it was believed that the application of fire partition door could isolate the fire danger on the subway vehicles of urban rail transit.But at the same time,the vehicle energy consumption,vehicle maintenance and repair workload and the overall failure rate of vehicles were increased.Subway vehicles on newly built lines of domestic urban rail transit do not need to copy the European Union EN45545 fire protection standard,and should be combined with the national conditions and local urban rail transit industry standard and specification requirements and the actual passenger volume of local metro operation to comprehensively consider whether to set fire partition doors.The conclusion can provide reference for the establishment of fire partition doors for subway cars in the new line of urban rail transit.
