摘要
测试技术基础课程教学对机械工程领域工程测试技术专业人才培养具有重要作用。目前测试技术基础课程教学存在教学内容陈旧、实践教学环节落后、实践教学与理论教学脱节等亟须改进的问题。基于MATLAB开发了一个虚拟仿真系统,用于开展测试装置动态特性分析虚拟仿真实验教学项目,包括质量-弹簧-阻尼二阶系统传递函数模型建立、频域特性分析与比较、典型信号激励下系统的时域响应动态显示等测试装置动态特性分析功能。利用该虚拟仿真系统,开展了机械工程领域中测试装置动态特性的建模、分析和设计的虚拟仿真教学,使整个教学过程更具交互性、趣味性和具象性,加深了学生对专业知识的学习和理解。
The teaching course of foundation of testing technology plays an important role in cultivating advanced engineering testing technology professionals who meet the technical requirements in the mechanical field.The current course teaching has major drawbacks such as outdated teaching content,backward practical teaching links,and disconnection between practical and theoretical teaching links.Based on MATLAB,the virtual simulation system for foundation of testing technology is developed.The functions of the virtual simulation system include the establishment of the transfer function model of the mass-spring-damper second-order system,the analysis and comparison of frequency domain characteristics,and the time domain response of the system under typical signal excitation.Based on this system,the virtual simulation teaching of the modeling,analysis and design of the dynamic characteristics of the test device in the mechanical engineering is realized,which makes the entire learning process interactive and interesting.
