摘要
通过开设开放性创新实验“果皮中果胶提取及性质分析”,使学生落实以问题为核心的课外探究性、实践性学习,激发学生的自主学习兴趣及研究问题的主动性,不仅使学生从被动学习转变成自主学习,而且为其今后进一步深造打下了坚实的基础,提供了良好的实践平台。
Through the opening of the open innovation experiment"extraction and property analysis of pectin from peel",students can implement the problem-centered extracurricular inquiry and practical learning,stimulate students'interest in autonomous learning and the initiative to research problems,not only make students change from passive learning to autonomous learning,but also lay a solid foundation for their further study in the future,provides a platform for good practice.
