产教融合背景下高职院校新时代劳动教育研究与探索

Research and Exploration of Labor Education in the Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

针对目前学生中存在的劳动观念淡薄、缺乏劳动精神等现象,以及个别学生出现不劳而获、贪图享乐的错误思想,分析开展劳动教育的必要性。在当前产教融合背景下,办好劳动教育是学校、家庭、政府、企业共同的责任。在开展劳动教育过程中,要形成以学校为主导、家庭为基础、政府为统筹、企业为依托的协同育人格局,四方相互协调,相互配合,共同开展劳动教育。

In view of the unhealthy phenomenon of the weak labor concept and the lack of labor spirit among the students,as well as the wrong thoughts of the individual students that they have gained without work and advocate sudden wealth,this paper analyze the necessity of conducting labor education.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,it is the common responsibility of the school,the family,the government and the social enterprises to run the labor education well.In the process of carrying out the labor education,it can form a cooperative education pattern which is led by the school,based on the family,coordinated by the government and supported by the enterprise,with all these four parties working together to carry out labor education.
