外鼻畸形患者美学期望、心理韧性及家庭支持因素与鼻畸形矫正治疗依从性的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of aesthetic expectations, psychological toughness and family support factors and compliance with nasal deformity correction in patients with external nasal deformity

目的 探讨外鼻畸形患者美学期望、心理韧性及家庭支持水平与接受鼻畸形矫正治疗依从性的相关性。方法 选取2018年1月至2021年11月某三甲医院收治的172例外鼻畸形患者为研究对象,通过发放一般资料调查问卷、美学期望问卷、心理韧性评定量表(CD-RISC)、家庭支持量表(PSS-Fa)和治疗依从性调查问卷收集患者一般资料、美学期望、心理韧性、家庭支持及治疗依从性情况,采用多元线性回归分析影响外鼻畸形患者治疗依从性的影响因素,采用Pearson相关性分析外鼻畸形患者美学期望、心理韧性、家庭支持水平与治疗依从性的相关性。结果 本研究最终共纳入159例外鼻畸形患者,其中治疗依从性优组98例,治疗依从性差组61例。两组患者在文化程度、职业类型、家庭经济月收入方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗依从性优组患者美学期望、CD-RISC、PSS-Fa评分均高于治疗依从性差组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,外鼻畸形患者美学期望、心理韧性及家庭支持评分与治疗依从性评分呈正相关(r> 0,P <0.01)。结论 美学期望、心理韧性、家庭支持、文化程度、职业类型、家庭经济水平是影响外鼻畸形患者治疗依从性的影响因素,临床应重视低文化程度、低经济收入、无业患者的美学期望、心理韧性、家庭支持等方面的干预,以提高该类患者治疗依从性。

Objective To investigate the correlation between aesthetic expectations,psychological toughness and family support level and compliance with nasal deformity correction in patients with external nasal deformity.Methods A total of 172 patients with nasal deformity who were admitted to a tertiary hospital from January 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.General information questionnaires,aesthetic expectations questionnaires,psychological resilience rating scale(CD-RISC),and family support scales were distributed.(PSS-Fa)and the treatment adherence questionnaire to collect patients'general information,aesthetic expectations,psychological toughness,family support and treatment adherence.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of treatment compliance in patients with external nasal deformity,and Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between aesthetic expectations,psychological toughness,family support level and treatment compliance in patients with external nasal deformity.Results A total of 159 patients with nasal deformity were included in this study,including 98 patients in the treatment compliance group and 61 in the poor treatment compliance group.There were significant differences in education level,occupational type and monthly family income between the two groups(P<0.05);the aesthetic expectations,CD-RISC and PSS-Fa scores of the patients in the excellent treatment compliance group were higher than those in the poor treatment compliance group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of aesthetic expectation,mental toughness and family support in patients with external nasal deformity were positively correlated with the scores of treatment compliance(r>0,P<0.01).Conclusion Aesthetic expectations,psychological toughness,family support,educational level,occupation type,and family economic level are the influencing factors for the treatment compliance of patients with external nasal deformity.Clinical attention should be paid to the aesthetic expectations and psychological toughness of patients with low educational level,low economic income and unemployed.,family support and other aspects of intervention to improve the treatment compliance of such patients.
