医用面膜对激光患者术后皮肤情况影响的观察

Observation about the effect of medical mask on laser patients

目的 探析使用医用面膜对损伤性和非损伤性激光患者术后皮肤恢复情况的影响,以及术后使用面膜与否的护患满意度的对比。方法 选择接受广州市皮肤病防治所皮肤科激光美容治疗的患者142例,以随机双盲法,分成对照组(行常规激光术后护理)和观察组(行常规激光术后护理+术后一周面膜使用),各71例,对照两组应用效果及护患沟通满意度。结果观察组中两种激光类型术后红肿热痛情况都明显低于对照组(P<0.05),非损伤性和损伤性激光在使用面膜后面部色沉情况对比不明显(P>0.05),观察组护患沟通满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 激光术后一周使用医用面膜有助于减轻面部红肿热痛的情况,但是对减轻皮肤色素沉着影响不大,激光术后使用面膜可以提高护患沟通满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of using the medical facial mask on skin recovery of patients with traumatic or non-traumatic laser surgery and compare patients'satisfaction in the circumstances of with or without medical facial masks after surgery.Methods 142 patients who received dermatological laser cosmetic treatment at Guangzhou Dermatology Prevention and Control Institute were selected to join the research.The sample was randomly divided into two groups.Each group has 71 cases.One is the control group(conventional laser postoperative care),while the other is the observation group(traditional laser postoperative care+postoperative Mask use for one week).The research compares the application effect and the satisfaction of nurse-patient communication between these two groups.Results The symptoms of postoperative redness,swelling,heat,and pain of the two types of lasers in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the facial pigmentation of the traumatic and non-traumatic lasers after using the mask was not significantly different(P>0.05).The satisfaction of nurse-patient communication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using a medical facial mask for one week after laser surgery is conducive to reducing facial redness,swelling,heat,and pain but has little effect on reducing skin pigmentation.Furthermore,using a medical facial mask after laser surgery can improve patients'satisfaction.
