Research progress on prevention and treatment of complications related to autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation

自体脂肪移植用于隆乳,具有取材方便、无免疫排斥反应、术后乳房手感柔软等优点,同时又能达到瘦身塑形的目的。随着自体脂肪移植隆乳术在世界范围内的广泛应用,它的安全性、有效性已有许多文献相继证明,但术后并发症情况仍是整形外科医师面临的问题,现就国内外自体脂肪移植隆胸术的并发症防治的研究进展展开综述。

Autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation has the advantages of convenient sampling,no immune rejection,soft breast feel after operation,and can achieve the purpose of slimming and shaping.With the wide application of autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation in the world,its safety and effectiveness have been proved in many literature,but postoperative complications are still the problem faced by plastic surgeons.This paper reviews the research progress of complications prevention and treatment of autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation at home and abroad.
