痤疮是一种常见的皮肤科疾病,部分痤疮病变会遗留疤痕。其病理机制与炎症反应与细胞外基质成分有关。针对不同类型的萎缩性痤疮瘢痕有不同的治疗策略,目前常用的治疗方法包括激光治疗、射频治疗、填充治疗、自体细胞移植、化学剥脱、外科治疗等。现对萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的机制和常用治疗手段进行综述。

Acne is a common dermatological disease,some acne lesions will leave scars.Its pathological mechanism and inflammatory reaction are related to extracellular matrix components.There are different treatment strategies for different types of atrophic acne scars.Currently,the commonly used treatment methods include laser therapy,radiofrequency therapy,filling therapy,autologous cell transplantation,chemical stripping,surgical treatment,etc.This article reviews the mechanism and common treatment of atrophic acne scar..
