寄宿制残疾人托养服务机构住宿单元组织设计发展研究

Research on the Organizational Design and Development of Accommodation Units of Nursing Care Service Agency for the Disabled

托养服务机构建设是残疾人均等化发展的重要内容,住宿用房作为其核心功能空间,尚缺乏组织设计角度的深入研究。该文通过调查5所公办寄宿制残疾人托养服务机构的住宿单元组织设计情况,从重度残疾人行为心理需求切入,对比分析其住宿单元布局组织的现状问题,总结住宿单元的发展趋势及其优势与不足,并基于单元化模式提出功能明确合理、布局适用高效、相互组织因地制宜的设计要求,可为同类型残疾人建筑的居住空间组织设计提供参考。

The construction of nursing care service institutions is an important part of the equalized development of the disabled,and accommodation rooms,as the core functional space,are hardly studied in-depth from the perspective of organizational design.Based on the organizational design of the accommodation units in five public nursing care service institutions for the disabled,this paper,from the behavioral and psychological needs of the disabled,comparatively analyzed the existing problems in the organizational layout of the accommodation units,summarized the development trend,advantages and disadvantages,and based on the modular model proposed the design requirements of clear and reasonable functions,applicable and efficient layout,mutual organization and adjustable measures to local conditions.It provides reference for the organizational design of accommodation space for the same type of buildings for the disabled in China.
