绝缘位移技术接触件结构设计及优化

摘要 绝缘位移技术(IDT)是一种将电缆导线连接到接触件上的技术,它是压接技术的一种替代方案,其中,接触件的刀口尺寸设计是绝缘位移技术实现的关键。接触件刀口处与导线之间连接可靠性对连接器性能有重要影响。本文通过仿真手段,分析接触件刀口结构参数变化对导线应力应变的影响、压接接触电阻和线缆拉脱力变化规律,最后通过试验验证了绝缘位移连接器的线缆拉脱力满足IEC 60352-3的测试要求。 The insulation displacement technique is one kind of technology to connect the cable wire to the contact,it is an alternative to crimping technology,among which,the design of the contact blade size is the key to realize the insulation displacement technology.The reliability of the connection between the cutting edge of the contact piece and the wire has an important influence on the performance of the connector.In this paper,the influence of the structural parameters of the contact blade on the stress and strain of the wire,the change of the contact resistance and the change of the cable pull-out force are analyzed by means of simulation.Finally,the test results verify that the cable pull-out force of the insulated displacement connector meets the test requirements of IEC 60352-3.
