摘要
本文从光纤拉丝中裸纤丝径控制全流程进行分析,通过研究高速拉丝时裸纤测径仪受温度、位置、时延等影响,提高丝径测量系统稳定性;通过模拟高速拉丝时裸纤成型区模型,研究加热炉结构密封性、加热炉进气方式、下部马弗尺寸优化,提升加热炉的温度场和气流场稳定性,改善高速光纤丝径的波动。
This paper analyzes the whole process of bare fiber diameter control during high-speed drawing.To improve the stability of the bare diameter measurement system,it studies the influence of temperature,position,and time delay on the measurement system.To improves the stability of the temperature field and airflow field,this paper studies the furnace structure tightness,the air inlet method,and the optimization of the lower muffle size,by simulating the model of bare fiber forming zone during high-speed wire drawing.
