基于虚拟地理环境的施工机械动态可视化仿真方法 被引量:1

摘要 施工机械野外作业过程动态多变、工况复杂,为了预演施工方案、减少空间碰撞等安全隐患,以吊装作业为例提出一种虚拟地理环境下的施工机械动态作业可视化仿真方法。通过对施工机械模型进行构件级分解,建立各构件之间的语义关系,实现虚拟地理环境中的模型重装配;然后建立施工机械作业时各关节模型之间动态联动的约束关系,实现关节联动的施工机械作业可视化仿真。通过搭建施工点处虚拟地理环境开展仿真实验表明,该方法可实现施工机械作业过程的动态控制、预演展示,科学指导施工方案确立与隐患排查;仿真过程的参数化存储能够指导实际施工操作,并实现仿真场景的动态编辑与实时重现。 The field operation process of construction machinery is dynamic and complex,and the working conditions are complicated.In order to preview the construction plan and reduce space collision,taking the lifting operation for example,we proposed a visual simulation method for the dynamic operation of construction machinery in a virtual geographical environment.We decomposed the construction machinery model at the component level,established the semantic relationship between the components,and implemented the reassembly of model in the virtual geo-graphical environment.Then,we established the constraint relationship of dynamic linkage between the joint models during the operation of con-struction machinery,and realized the joint linkage construction machinery operation visual simulation.We set up a virtual geographical environ-ment at the work site and carried out simulation experiments.The results show that the method in this paper realizes the dynamic control and re-hearsal display of construction machinery operation process,and scientifically guides the establishment of construction plan and the investigation of hidden dangers.The parameterized storage of simulation process can guide the actual construction operation,and realize the dynamic editing and real-time reproduction of simulation scene.
