顾及道路风险的应急疏散路径规划方法 被引量:1

摘要 突发自然灾害下的道路网络存在安全隐患,安全性成为应急疏散中首先要考虑的因素。当前对应急疏散的研究主要集中在疏散效率方面,对疏散的安全性、道路风险的考虑仍然存在不足。针对这一问题,从路径的可靠性角度考虑道路风险因素,建立了基于时间和道路风险的路径可靠性度量模型,进而提出了顾及道路风险的应急疏散路径规划方法。为检验方法的有效性,选择位于地质灾害多发区的四川茂县为研究区进行实验分析。结果表明,该方法得到的受灾点人员与应急避难场所之间的分配关系合理,所规划路径有效地避开了风险较高的道路,该方法稳定、可靠,可以为城市的应急疏散体系建设提供科学参考。 The road network under sudden natural disasters has hidden safety hazards,and safety has become the first factor to be considered in emergency evacuation.The current research on emergency evacuation mainly focuses on evacuation efficiency,and the consideration of evacua-tion safety and road risk is still insufficient.For this problem,we considered road risk factors from the perspective of path reliability,established a path reliability measurement model based on time and road risk,and then proposed an emergency evacuation route planning method that taking road risks into account.In order to test the effectiveness of this method,we selected Mao County,Sichuan Province,located in an area prone to geological disasters,as the research area for experimental analysis.The results show that the distribution relationship between the disaster-affect-ed people and emergency shelters obtained by this method is reasonable,the planning path effectively avoids the higher-risk roads,and the meth-od is stable and reliable,which can provide scientific reference for the construction of urban emergency evacuation system.
