摘要 以上海市为例,基于ArcGIS开展对交通设施行业应急资源保障基地服务绩效的评价分析与研究。首先利用线密度分析法,生成路网密度图并提取密度值,将其作为应急基地属性;然后利用自然断点分级法对存在异常值的指标数据进行分级赋分,进行单一指标分析;最后利用字段计算器对多指标进行加权叠加,并对应急基地的综合评定结果进行分析,以期为构建分级联动的基地布局提供参考依据。 Taking Shanghai for example,wecarried out the evaluation analysis and research on the service performance of emergency resource support base in traffic facilities industry based on ArcGIS.Firstly,we used line density analysis method to generate the road network density map and extracted the density value as the attribute of emergency base.Then,we used the natural breakpoint classification methodto classify the index data with abnormal values,and carried outsingle index analysis.Finally,we used the field calculator to carry out weighted superposition of multi-ple indicators,and analyzed the comprehensive evaluation results of emergency base,in order to provide reference for the construction of hierar-chical linkage base layout.
