基于GIS的乡镇工业用地空间分布研究

Research on Spatial Distribution of Industrial Land in Towns Based on GIS

研究工业用地空间分布特征,对调整优化国土空间格局具有重要参考意义。以宁波一乡镇工业用地为研究对象,基于GIS格网分析和冷热点分析,研究乡镇工业用地的空间分布特征,并通过GIS叠置分析和缓冲区分析辅助分析其空间分布成因。研究结果表明:基于GIS的工业用地空间布局研究方法,能够有效揭示乡镇工业用地的空间分布特征、规律和成因。

Studying the spatial distribution characteristics of industrial land is of great reference to adjust and optimize territory spatial pattern.Taking one rural industrial land in Ningbo as the research object,we used GIS grid analysis and cold-hot spot analysis to study the spatial distri-bution characteristics of rural industrial land.Then,we used GIS overlay analysis and buffer analysis to analyze the causes of spatial distribution.The result shows that the research method of industrial land spatial layout based on GIScan effectively reveal the spatial distribution characteris-ti cs,laws and causes of rural industrial land.
