多技术融合的农村占耕建房摸查工作模式探索

Exploration on the Working Mode of Occupying Cultivated Land to Building Houses in Rural Areas with Multi-technology Integration

耕地是我国最为宝贵的资源,保护耕地就是保护我们的生命线。农村乱占耕地建房问题摸排工作需要快速提取相关疑似问题图斑,传统的巡查和测量方法已无法满足要求。因此,以广州市农村乱占耕地建房摸排工作为例,提出融合FME快速底图建立,基层APP权属调查、信息化平台管理上报等多项技术手段的工作模式,有效支撑广州市约30万图斑的摸排上报工作,为今后开展分类整治工作提供有力的数据支撑。

Cultivated land is the most valuable resource in China,and protecting cultivated land is the lifeline of our country.In this paper,taking the problem of occupying cultivated land to building houses in Guangzhou for example,we proposed a working mode integrating FME rapid basemap establishment,primary level App ownership investigation,information platform management and reporting and other technical means,which could effectively support the reporting work of about 300000 map spots in Guangzhou,and provide strong data support forclassified rectifi-cation in the future.
