京族聚居地老年人心血管疾病的危险因素探究

Investigation on Risk Factors of Cardiovascular Diseases in the Elderly in the Areas Inhabited by the Jing Ethnic Minority

探究了京族聚居地老年人心血管疾病的危险因素。回顾性分析2018年5月-2022年3月600例京族长寿老人的一般资料,对比发生心血管疾病老人的一般资料差异情况,将其中差异项代入logitic回归方程,分析心血管疾病的危险因素。结果表明,老人是否发生心血管疾病与高龄、酗酒、吸烟、体重指数升高、血脂是否异常、锻炼是否有效有密切关系(P<0.05)。通过Logistic回归方程计算发现,上述因素均是老人发生心血管疾病的危险因素。研究还发现,摄盐量多也是导致京族聚居地老年人心血管疾病的主要危险因素,亦为相对可控因素。因此,需兼顾自然环境与社会经济的特点,因地制宜地制定干预策略,以降低心血管疾病的发生风险,减轻心血管疾病给老年人带来的重负。

This study explored the risk factors of cardiovascular disease among the elderly in the Jing ethnic minority inhabited area.Retrospective analysis was conducted on the general data of 600 long-lived elderly people of the Jing ethnic group from May 2018 to March 2022.The differences in the general data of elderly people with cardiovascular diseases were compared,and the differences were substituted into the logistic regression equation to analyze the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases.The results showed that there were significant differences in elderly people with or without cardiovascular disease in terms of age,alcohol abuse,smoking,increased body mass index,dyslipidemia,and less exercise P.Research has found that high salt intake is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease among the elderly in the Jing ethnic minority inhabited areas,and it is also a relatively controllable factor.It is necessary to take into account the characteristics of the natural environment and social economy,and develop intervention strategies tailored to local conditions to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease.
