IFN-γ、IL-2联合检测在结核病中的诊断价值探讨

Diagnostic Value of IFN-o,IL-2 Combined Detection in Tuberculosis

探讨了IFN-γ、IL-2联合检测结核病的临床价值。甄选贺州市人民医院于2022年6月--12月收治的220例疑似结核病患者作为研究对象,对患者予以IFN-γ与FN-γ+1L-2检测,只行IFN-γ检测的患者作为单测组,行IFN-γ联合IL2检测的患者作为联合组。结果表明,经IFN-γ、IL-2联合检测确诊病例45例,确诊患者IFN-γ、IL-2水平较单侧组结核患者更高(P<0.05);在诊断准确度、灵敏度及特异度比较方面,联合组IFN-γ、IL-2联合检测的结果(90.00%、88.28%、91.53%)优于单测组IFN-γ检测(67.27%.60.00%、73.33%),联合组结核病检出率较单测组结核病检出率更高(P<0.05)。研究发现,IFN-γ、IL-2联合裣测结核病,具有良好的检测价值,方便可靠,且有较高的诊断准确率、敏感度和特异度,值得临床应用推广。

This paper discussed the value of IFN-γ,IL-2 in joint detection of tuberculosis.Select 220 suspected tuberculosis patients from June to December 2022 and give them IFN-γAnd IFN-γ+IL-2 detection,IFN-γTest results as a single test group,IFN-γ+IL-2 test results were used as a joint group.The results show that after IFN-γ+IL-2 combined detection,45 cases were confirmed,and the confirmed patient IFN-γ,IL-2 level in patients with unilateral tuberculosis was higher than that in patients with unilateral tuberculosis(P<0.05);In terms of diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity comparison,the combined group IFN-γ,IL-2 combined detection(90.00%,88.28%,91.53%)was higher than IFN-γsingle test group(67.27%,60.00%,73.33%),amd showed that the detection rate of tuberculosis in the combined group was higher than that of tuberculosis in the single test group(P<0.05).Research findings:IFN-γ,IL-2 combined detection for tuberculosis has good detection value,is convenient and reliable,and has high diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
