五子衍宗丸合毓麟珠加减治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症临床的效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Wuzi Yanzong Pill Combined with Yulinzhu in Treating Infertility with Thin Endometrium

分析了五子衍宗丸合航麟珠加减治疗子宫内膜薄型不孕症的临床效果。选取河北省沧州中西医结合医院于2020年5月-2021年12月收治的82例子宫内膜薄型不孕症患者作为研究样本,通过随机分组法将其分为常规组(44例,患者使用戊酸雌二醇片进行治疗)和研究组(44例,患者接受五子衍宗丸合毓麟珠加减治疗)。结果显示,研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于常规组,妊娠结局、血清性激素水平、子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流参数优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究表明,对于子宫内膜薄型不孕症患者采用五子衍宗丸合毓麟珠加减治疗,可以有效改善患者的子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流参數、血清性激素水平以及妊娠结局,提升临床治疗效果,值得临床应用和推广。

The clinical effect of Wuzi Yanzong Pill combined with Yulinzhu on infertility with thin endometrium was analyzed.A total of 82 cases of infertility with thin endometrium admitted to Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected as study samples.They were randomly divided into a conventional group(44 cases,treated with estradiol valerate tablets)and a study group(44 cases,treated with Wuzi Yanzong Pill and Yulinzhu plus or minus).The results showed that the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,with better pregnancy outcomes,serum sex hormone levels,and endometrial spiral artery blood flow parameters than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Research has shown that for patients with infertility with thin endometrium,the treatment of Wuzi Yanzong Pill and Yulinzhu with addition or subtraction can effectively improve the endometrial spiral artery blood flow parameters,serum sex hormone levels,and pregnancy outcomes,and enhance the clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
