鼻内镜治疗耳鼻喉疾病的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Nasal Endoscopy in Outpatient Treatment of ENT Diseases

分析了鼻内镜在门诊治疗耳鼻喉疾病的应用效果。选择莱州市人民医院于2019年1月-2021年1月收治的92例耳鼻喉疾病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为额镜组(n=46)与鼻内镜组(n=46)。为两组患者分别应用额镜检查和鼻内镜检查,将检查的结果与治疗后综合诊断的结果进行对比。研究表明,鼻内镜能够有效提升临床诊断的检出率,且疾病判断的准确率较高,建议临床应用。

The application effect of nasal endoscopy in outpatient treatment of ear,nose,and throat diseases was analyzed.92 patients with ear,nose,and throat diseases admitted to Laizhou City People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into frontal endoscopy group and nasal endoscopy group based on the wishes of the patients(n=46).Frontoscopy and nasal endoscopy were used for the two groups of patients,and the results of the examination were compared with the results of comprehensive diagnosis after treatment.Research has shown that nasal endoscopy can effectively improve the detection rate of clinical diagnosis,and the accuracy rate of disease judgment is high.It is recommended for clinical application.
