PCR检验在肺结核早期诊断中的应用价值研究

Application Value of PCR Test in Early Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

研究了PCR技术检验在肺结核早期诊断中的应用效果。选择崇左市第二人民医院2021年1月-2022年2月期间收治的60例肺结核患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用PCR技术和PPD技术两种方法进行检验,比较两种方法的检验结果.PCR技术检验的阳性率高于PPD技术(P<0.05);PCR技术检验后的AUC水平高于PPD技术(P<0.05)。研究发现,肺结核早期诊断中应用PCR检验技术进行检验,可提升检验效果,应用价值高,值得推广。

The application of PCR in the early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis was studied.Sixty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to Chongzuo Second People’s Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were tested using PCR and PPD techniques,and the test results of the two methods were compared.The positive rate of PCR was higher than that of PPD(P<0.05);The AUC level detected by PCR was higher than that by PPD(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of PCR testing technology in the early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the testing effect,has high application value,and is worth promoting.
