快速康复理念联合心理护理在关节置换术中的应用效果探讨

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept Combined with Psychological Nursing in Joint Replacement Surgery

探讨了对关节置换术患者实施快速康复理念联合心理护理的应用效果。选择山东省德州市平原县第一人民医院于2020年5月-2021年5月收治的60例实施关节置换术患者作为研究对象。按照双盲法均分,将其分为对照组(常规护理)和分析组(快速康复理念联合心理护理),每组各30例。对两组患者干预前后关节功能和生活能力、术后恢复情况、干预前后心理状况、术后疼痛情况进行分析和比较。结果表明,经过干预后,分析组患者关节功能和生活能力、术后恢复情况、心理状况、术后疼痛情况都优于对比组(P<0.05)。研究表明,快速康复理念联合心理护理安全性更高,效果更好,且有利于提高患者愈后生活质量,应进一步推广。

To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept combined with psychological nursing for patients undergoing joint replacement surgery.Sixty patients undergoing joint replacement surgery admitted by the First People’s Hospital ofPingyuan County from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the double blind method,they were divided into a control group(conventional nursing)and an analysis group(rapid rehabilitation concept combined with psychological nursing),with 30 cases in each group.The joint function,living ability,postoperative recovery,psychological status,and postoperative pain of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were analyzed and compared.The results showed that after intervention,the joint function and living ability,postoperative recovery,psychological status,and postoperative pain of patients in the analysis group were better than those in the control group(p<0.05).Research has shown that the concept of rapid rehabilitation combined with psychological care is more safe and effective for patients undergoing joint replacement surgery,and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients after recovery.It should be further promoted.
