心理护理在耐多药结核病患者中的应用进展综述

Review of Application Progress of Psychological Nursing in Multi-drug Resistant Tuberculosis Patients

针对心理护理在耐多药结核病患者中的应用进展进行综述,旨在进一步探讨有效的心理护理方案,为临床改善耐多药结核病患者心理健康提供参考。耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)主要是指结核病患者对异烟肼和利福平存在耐药性,此病发病率高、死亡率高,患者预后差,目前,MDR-TB巳成为全球结核病控制的难题。临床发现,MDR-TB患者多存在悲观、消极、焦虑等不良情绪,这对病情恢复及心理健康造成了极为不良的影响。心理护理主要是指护理过程中,由护士通过各种方式和途径积极影响患者的心理活动,以达到护理目标。有效的心理护理可缓解葱者紧张焦虑、悲观等不良情绪,增强战胜疾病的信心,改善心理健康。

This paper reviews the application progress of psychological nursing in multi-drug resistant tuberculosis patients,aiming to further explore effective psychological nursing programs and provide reference for clinical improvement of the mental health of multi daig resistant tuberculosis patients.Multidrug resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB)mainly refers to the drug resistance of patients to isoniazid and rifampicin.The disease has a high incidence rate,high mortality and poor prognosis.At present,MDR-TB has become a global problem in tuberculosis control.Clinically,MDR-TB patients often have negative emotions such as pessimism,negativity,and anxiety,which have a very negative impact on their recovery and mental health.Psychological nursing mainly refers to the process of nursing,in which nurses actively influence the psychological activities of patients through various ways and means to achieve nursing goals.Effective psychological nursing can alleviate patients’negative emotions such as nervousness,anxiety,and pessimism,enhance their confidence in overcoming diseases,and improve their mental health.
