两极定性评价:高职院校教学质量评价方式新探索 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校的教学质量评价非常重要,但在操作上存在很多困难,评价结果有效性差,评价过程常给教师和行政管理部门带来较大负担。基于自然界事物正态分布的一般规律,提出两极定性评价新理念,其核心原则是“抓两极、分三类”,即对需要评价的群体,先分离出相对优秀的头部和落后的尾部,形成两极,中间部分自成一类。这样,把总群体划分为三类,关注头部和尾部,弱化对中间大多数的评价。总结某高职院校首次在全校范围运用两极定性评价的实践,结果表明:两极定性评价方式简洁明确、实用高效,能大大摆脱常规量化评价的繁琐、低效,推动利益相关方共同建构评价过程,使评价结果发挥更大价值。 The evaluation of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges is very important,but there are many difficulties in it,for example,the validity of evaluation results is poor,and the evaluation process often brings heavy burdens to teachers and administrative departments.With the general law of the normal distribution of things in nature,a new concept of bipolar qualitative evaluation is proposed.Its core principle is to“grasp the two poles and divide the population into three categories”.That is,for the groups to be evaluated,the relatively excellent and the backward are first separated to form two poles,and the middle part is a class of its own.In this way,the general population is divided into three categories,focus is put on the poles and the evaluation of the middle majority weakened.This paper summarizes the practice of applying bipolar qualitative evaluation in higher vocational colleges for the first time in the whole school.The results show that this method is concise,clear,practical and efficient,which can greatly get rid of the cumbersome and inefficient conventional quantitative evaluation,promote the joint construction of the evaluation process by stakeholders,and make the evaluation results play a greater value.
