高校社群社会资本:动因、模式与路向

高校社群社会资本是一种早已存在的重要资源,具有重要的学理价值和现实意义。高校社群社会资本为在某一区域范围内,高校间在遵守良性社会规范和存有利益生成的前提下通过交流合作、信任互惠形成的社会网络关系及其中的动态资源。高校社群社会资本由网络结构、关系、认知等构成,呈现出历史性、共享性、外溢性和圈子性等主要特征。复杂而多元的国防政策、市场经济、区域文化、人口密度、亲缘地缘、能人现象等动因共同决定高校社群社会资本。基于此,推断出高校社群社会资本的四种模式:“一盘散沙式”、“能人联合式”、“山头林立式”和“众志成城式”。为达致后者,形成政府层面加强顶层设计,使高校社群社会资本建设规范化;社会层面提供支撑保障,使高校社群社会资本建设多样化;高校层面发挥主体作用,将高校社群社会资本建设主动化的三位一体的改进机制,从而优化高校社群社会资本。
