摘要
面对高等教育转型发展形势的机遇与挑战,应用型本科高校实行学分制会受到观念、资源条件、管理和制度等因素制约。首先,阐述学分制发展历程以及政策导向,揭示应用型高校学分制实施的价值内涵、现实意义;其次,剖析师资队伍、教学资源和教学管理等方面难题;其三,探索学分制实施的招生录取与专业设置、教学平台建设,人才培养方案,教学质量保障管理改革;最后,通过建立健全体制机制,重视环境设施建设等有效举措,为学分制顺利实施,教学质量文化建设提供保障,为落实“立德树人”根本任务创造条件。
Facing the opportunities and challenges of the transformation and development of higher education,the implementation of credit system in applied universities will be restricted by factors such as ideas,resource conditions,management and system.Firstly,the paper expounds the development course and policy orientation of the credit system,and reveals the value connotation and practical significance of its implementation in applied colleges and universities.Secondly,it analyzes the difficulties in teaching staff,teaching resources and teaching management.Third,it explores the credit system implementation of enrollment and specialty setting,teaching platform construction,talent training program,teaching quality assurance management reform.Finally,it puts,through the establishment of a sound system and mechanism,the construction of environmental facilities and other effective measures should bepaid attention to for its smooth implementation,teaching quality and cultural construction to to create conditions for the guarantee of the implementation of the fundamental task of“moral education”.
