With the further promotion of the"digital transformation"of the country and industry,digital logistics becomes an important part of the overseas cement EPC project,whether the equipment and materials can be mobilized on schedule will directly affect the progress of on-site construction.This paper introduces the composition of digital logistics system in overseas EPC projects,and applies it in practical projects to realize real-time and dynamic display of the whole logistics operation,so as to ensure the project performance.
