摘要
以某化工项目为例,主要从管道级别、壁厚计算、验收标准、管道元件配合等角度分析管道材料国标化的技术难点和相应对策,为今后类似项目的管道材料设计与选用提供参考。
Taking a chemical engineering project as an example,this paper mainly analyzes the technical difficulties and corresponding countermeasures of pipeline material standardization from the perspectives of pipeline grade,wall thickness calculation,acceptance standard and pipeline component coordination,etc.,so as to provide reference for the design and selection of pipeline materials in such projects in the future.
