初探如何提高国有企业干部队伍政治素质

On how to Improve the Political Quality of Cadres in State-owned Enterprises

近年来,党中央多次强调在干部选拔与培养中要将政治素质标准放在首位。但如何将政治素质标准进行细化并融合贯通到干部的“选育管用”各环节,一直是干部队伍建设工作中的一个难点。本文立足干部队伍建设“五大体系”,聚焦如何提高干部队伍政治素质这一命题,从选拔、考核、教育、交流、纪律等维度,探索提出了相应的措施建议,对全方位提高干部政治素质、构建干部培养选拔工作机制、提高干部队伍建设工作质量进行了一些初步探讨。

In recent years,the CPC Central Committee has repeatedly stressed that the standard of political quality should be put in the first place in the selection and training of cadres.However,how to refine the political quality standards and integrate them into all aspects of the“selection,training,management,and employment”of cadres has always been a difficulty in the construction of the contingent of cadres.Based on the“five systems”of the construction of the contingent of cadres,this paper focuses on the proposition of how to improve the cadres’political quality,and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions from the dimensions of selection,assessment,training,exchange and discipline.This paper makes some preliminary discussions on improving the political quality of cadres in all aspects,constructing the working mechanism of training and selecting cadres,and improving the quality of the construction of the contingent of cadres.
