摘要
本文主要论述了企业年金管理体系建设现状,分析了存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的改进策略。
This paper mainly discusses the present situation of the construction of enterprise annuity management system,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies.
