按照党中央、国务院部署,中国石化自2020年起开展深化改革三年行动。本文主要介绍中国石化推进深化改革的组织保障措施、改革实施情况和取得的成效,旨在总结改革经验,梳理改革方式方法,为今后企业深化改革提供借鉴和参考,推动国企改革工作在中国石化持续提升。

According to the arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council,SINOPEC has launched a three-year campaign to deepen reform since 2020.This paper mainly introduces the organizational safeguard measures,reform implementation and achievements of SINOPEC in promoting the deepening reform campaign,aiming at summarizing the reform experience,organizing the reform methods,providing reference for enterprises to deepen the reform in the future,and promoting the continuous improvement of reform in state-owned enterprise of SINOPEC.
