摘要
本试验旨在研究光照对奶牛生产性能和部分血液指标的影响。将30头健康无病、胎次相近(平均3.6胎次)的荷斯坦牛随机分为两组,对照组牛舍安装普通LED灯,试验组牛舍安装专用LED灯。研究发现,光照对荷斯坦牛采食量的影响差异显著(P<0.05),试验组的采食量显著高于对照组,对产奶量、活动频率、呼吸频率、反刍频率、卧床率和产乳效率的影响不显著(P>0.05);光照对奶牛血液中催乳素(PRL)和甲状腺激素(T4)含量的影响差异显著(P<0.05);对褪黑素(MT)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)、生长激素(GH)含量的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),但试验组中褪黑素(MT)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)、生长激素(GH)含量均高于对照组。试验结果表明,使用专用LED灯的效果要优于普通LED灯,有利于改善荷斯坦牛的生产性能。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of light on performance and some blood indexes of dairy cows.Thirty Holstein cows were randomly divided into two groups,and the selected cows were healthy without disease,with similar parity(average 3.6 parity)months.The control group was installed with ordinary LED light,and the experimental group was installed with special LED light.The results showed that the effects of light on Holstein cows feed intake were significant(P<0.05),while the effects of light on milk yield,activity frequency,respiratory rate,rumination frequency,bed rest rate and milk production efficiency were not significant(P>0.05).Light had significant effects on the contents of prolactin(PRL)and thyroid hormone(T4)in blood of dairy cows(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the contents of melatonin(MT),insulin-like growth factor(IGF)and growth hormone(GH)(P>0.05).However,melatonin(MT),insulin-like growth factor(IGF)and growth hormone(GH)in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,indicating that the special LED lamp has better effect than the ordinary LED lamp,which provides more valuable theoretical basis for the future dairy cattle feeding management.
