河北省DHI测定场全株玉米青贮品质分析

Quality Analysis of Whole Corn Silage of Hebei Scale Dairy Farms in 2019-2020

为比较河北省奶牛场近年来全株玉米青贮的品质变化,本研究以2019年采集的289份样品和2020年采集的281份样品作为研究对象,对其营养、发酵、能量指标进行检测。结果表明:与2019年相比,2020年河北省规模奶牛场全株玉米青贮DM、NDFD含量显著提高(P<0.05);NDF、淀粉含量无显著差异(P>0.05);ADF、木质素、NFC、Ash、CP、EE、pH、氨态氮、TVFA、乳酸、乙酸、NE_(L)、NE_(m)、NE_(g)的含量与2019年相比极显著降低(P<0.01)。这说明河北省2020年全株玉米青贮品质较2019年有一定程度的提升,研究可为今后奶牛场全株玉米青贮的收割、制作、发酵流程提供依据。

In order to compare the quality changes of whole corn silage in Hebei scale dairy farms in recent two years.In this paper,289 samples collected in 2019 and 281 samples collected in 2020 were taken as research objects,and their nutritional indexes,fermentation indexes and energy indexes were detected.The results showed that,compared with 2019,the contents of DM and NDFD of whole corn silage of Hebei scale dairy farms in 2020(P<0.05);NDF and starch contents(P>0.05);Content of ADF,lignin,NFC,Ash,CP,EE,pH,NDICP/CP,TVFA,lactic acid,acetic acid,NE_(L),NE_(m),NE_(g)(P<0.01).In addition to dry matter,the quality of whole corn silage in Hebei province in 2020 was improved to a certain extent compared with that in 2019.It provided scientific data basis for harvesting,production and fermentation of whole corn silage in dairy farm in the future.
