原材料特性对沥青胶结料降黏效果的影响

摘要 通过选取油分改性剂、温拌剂、基质沥青、温拌型材料USP,进行改性沥青对比试验,研究原材料特性对沥青胶结料降黏效果的影响。结果表明,改性沥青(不同油分和USP)能够降低沥青的软化点、黏度;显著降低沥青的拌和与压实温度;添加量越大,降温的幅度就越大;油分改性效果优于USP。“油+温拌剂”的组合式研究表明,温拌剂在较高油分改性沥青内的降黏效果十分微弱,甚至出现黏度增大的情况。高含量的重质组分(胶质+沥青质)的基质沥青对环烷油和芳烃油均具有较好的适用性,施工温度可降至30~35℃,同时施工温度的降黏效果也优于高含量轻质组分的基质沥青,具有成为新兴温拌剂的潜质。 By selecting oil content modifier,warm mix agent,matrix asphalt and warm mix material USP,comparative experiments are conducted on modified asphalt to study the influence of raw material characteristics on the viscosity reduction effect of asphalt binder.The results show that modified asphalt(with different oil fractions and USP)can reduce the softening point and viscosity of asphalt;significantly reduce the mixing and compaction temperature of asphalt;the larger the amount added,the greater the cooling effect;the oil content modification effect is better than USP.The combination study of oil+warm mix agent shows that the viscosity reduction effect of warm mix agent in high oil content modified asphalt is very weak,and even there is an increase in viscosity.The matrix asphalt with high content of heavy components(resin+asphaltene)has good applicability to both naphthenic oil and aromatic oil,and the construction temperature can be reduced to 30~35℃.At the same time,the viscosity reduction effect of the construction temperature is also better than that of the matrix asphalt with high content of light components,which has the potential to become an emerging temperature mixing agent.
