城市居民感知不公平压力与健康危险性心理压力的关系

Relationship between perceived unfairness stress and health risk stress in urban residents

目的:了解城市居民感知不公平压力现状,探讨感知不公平压力与健康危险性心理压力的关系。方法:选取广州市常住居民851名,采用当代社会公平感问卷(CSFPQ)修订版测量感知不公平压力[总分>21分为严重感知不公平压力]、中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)测量健康危险性心理压力(HRS)[CPSS总分>25分为存在HRS]、社会压力刺激事件量表(SSES)的6个条目测量生活压力。结果:209人(占24.6%)报告有严重感知不公平压力,521人(占61.2%)存在HRS,269人(占31.6%)为高生活压力。多因素logistic回归分析显示,感知不公平压力高的居民有HRS的风险更高[OR=1.93,95%CI:1.34~2.77]。结论:本研究发现,感知不公平对城市居民有一定的压力作用;感知不公平与健康危险性心理压力正相关。

Objective:To explore urban residents'perceived unfairness stress and its relationship with health risk stress.Methods:Totally 851 permanent residents in Guangzhou were selected,an adapted version of Contempo­rary Social Fairness Perception Questionnaire(CSFPQ)was used to evaluate perceived unfairness stress(the total score>21 was defined as severe perceived unfairness stress),Chinese Perceived Stress Scales(CPSS)was used to evaluate mental stress[the CPSS score>25 was defined as health risk stress(HRS)],and six items in Social Stress Events Scales(SSES)were used to assess life stress.Results:Totally 209(24.6%)reported severe perceived un­fairness stress,521(61.2%)had HRS.and 269(31.6%)reported high life stress.Multivariate logistic regression showed that higher perceived unfairness stress by residents was associated with a higher risk of HRS(OR=1.93,95%CI:1.34-2.77).Conclusion:The current study shows that perceived unfairness has stress effect on the urban residents,which is significantly positively correlated with health risk stress.
