基于免疫优化算法的无人车间配送中心选址

摘要 制造业自动化升级,需要在生产车间中实现搬运无人化,减小搬运工作量。对此,基于免疫优化算法进行无人车间配送中心选址研究。通过分析对比某工厂车间原有搬运工作量与基于免疫优化算法的搬运工作量,解决了该工厂车间配送中心选址混乱,搬运工作量大,搬运效率低的问题,实现了无人车间的配送中心选址。通过研究证明免疫优化算法对提升无人车间自动导引运输车工作系统的效率具有显著效果,基于免疫优化算法的选址对减小总工作量具有现实意义。 The automation upgrade of the manufacturing industry requires unmanned handling in the production workshop to reduce the handling workload.Herein,the site selection of unmanned workshop distribution center based on immune optimization algorithm was conducted.By analyzing and comparing the original handling workload of a factory workshop with the handling workload based on the immune optimization algorithm,the site selection confusion for the distribution center of factory workshop was resolved,as well as the large handling workload and the low handling efficiency to realize the site selection of unmanned workshop distribution center.This study demonstrates that the immune optimization algorithm has a significant effect on improving the efficiency of unmanned workshop automatic guided transportation system,and the site selection based on immune optimization algorithm is of practical significance in reducing total workload.
