Segmented Assembly Technology of Large Oil Tanker Anchor Structure

采用大型油轮锚系结构分段装配技术,可以提高大型油轮艏部锚系结构的分段装配精度,缩短船舶建造周期。根据锚系结构布置的特点,将锚链筒、锚台、锚唇统一在艏楼甲板层分段,实现锚链筒、锚台、锚唇的分段完整性装配。分段时,划分为甲板、船壳外板、锚台、舱壁四大组立。对于组立,采用空间分道时间同步的装配技术。介绍了甲板组立装配关键点,分析了锚链筒、锚台、锚唇定位方法,给出了锚台、锚唇的制作安装程序与要点,并明确了精度控制方法和要求。

The segmented assembly technology of large oil tanker anchor structure can improve the segmented assembly accuracy of large oil tanker bow anchor structure and shorten the ship construction period.According to the characteristics of the anchor structure layout,the anchor chain barrel,anchor platform and anchor lip are unified in the forecastle deck section to realize the segmental integrity assembly of the anchor chain barrel,anchor platform and anchor lip.When sectioning,it is divided into four groups such as deck,hull plating,anchor platform and bulkhead.For group,the assembly technology of space separation and time synchronization is adopted.The key points of deck group assembly were introduced,the positioning methods of anchor chain barrel,anchor platform and anchor lip were analyzed,the fabrication and installation procedures and key points of anchor platform and anchor lip were given,and the accuracy control method and requirement were specified.
