对分级机、三柱塞往复式高压泵、带式过滤机进行改造,应用隔膜式高压泵、新型防腐材料、新型保温材料、回转式焙烧炉新型润滑系统,并对回转式焙烧炉采用在线修复,由此实现催化裂化催化剂生产装置的安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷、优质运行。

By reforming the classifier,three-plunger reciprocating high pressure pump and belt filter,applying the diaphragm high pressure pump,new anti-corrosion material,new insulation material and new lubrication system of rotary calcinator,as well as repairing the rotary calcinator online,the safe,stable,long-term,full-load and high-quality operation of the FCC catalyst production unit was realized.
