首饰设计类艺术研究生专业英语课程的建设与探索

摘要 首饰设计类艺术专业是极具特色的研究生专业,其作品和成果具有很高的实用和传播价值,是国际交流中“讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音”的好素材。笔者根据中国地质大学(北京)的教学实践分析了首饰设计类艺术研究生专业英语教学中的存在的主要问题,并有针对性地进行了相应的课程内容的改革创新和教学方式的创新与探索。研究表明,通过与专业契合度更高的课程内容改革,加强精准表达,教学突出实用与实践性,线上线下多种教学手段结合,引导和研讨式教学,融合思政等举措,切实提高了首饰类艺术研究生的学习积极性和全方位外语表达能力。 With the continuous all-round development of China,it is more important to"tell Chinese stories and spread Chinese voice"in international communication with art,a common language of mankind.Jewelry design in art is a characteristic graduate major of China University of Geosciences(Beijing).Its works and achievements are natural"good stories"and"good voices"in international communication.Among them,design is of academic master,and art design is of professional master.The major mainly relies on the industry and market to carry out scientific research and teaching construction,explore the design,culture,materials and technology of traditional and modern jewelry,and the application of modern science and technology,such as intelligent manufacturing,and cultivate Art graduate students who combine theory with practice.As far as the art graduate students of CUGB(Beijing)are concerned,in the past,it was common that they were not good at explaining art ideas in Chinese and foreign languages,especially the lack of accurate translation,oral expression,work description and journal article writing of Chinese unique traditional crafts,which hindered international communication,cooperation and development to a considerable extent.In view of the above situation,the author analyzes the main problems existing in the professional English teaching of the graduate students of this major according to the teaching practice,and makes corresponding exploration on the curriculum construction.The main common and individual problems in the professional English teaching of jewelry design in art graduate students include:the overall level of English is not high and uneven,not paying enough attention to theory,emphasizing creation but neglecting writing,and lack of complete teaching system.The research shows that through the curriculum content reform with a higher degree of professional fit,the combination of online and offline teaching means,covering all-round homework and display system,guiding and discussion teaching and other measures,the learning enthusiasm and all-round foreign language expression ability of jewelry art postgraduates have been improved.
