国土地灾在线监测系统的应用研究

摘要 山地和丘陵地区普遍存在较多地质灾害隐患点,其中部分隐患点周边有较多村庄乡镇,需采用一定监测手段对地灾隐患点安全态势进行监管,保障周边居民生命和财产安全。为此,文章以揭阳县地灾监测项目为研究对象,采用国土地灾在线监测系统对隐患点进行实时监测,通过对系统架构、通信拓扑以及告警平台进行详细阐述,利用裂缝倾角监测子系统、降雨量监测子系统以及泥位监测子系统对揭阳县隐患点安全态势进行实时监测,通过现场勘察方式对系统监测成果进行检验,验证了国土地灾在线监测系统的技术可行性及成果可靠性,以稳定可靠的硬件设备及软件系统为揭阳县地灾隐患周边居民安全保驾护航。 There are many potential points of geological hazards in mountainous and hilly areas,some of which are surrounded by many villages and towns.Therefore,some monitoring measures should be adopted to supervise the safety situation of potential points of geological hazards so as to ensure the life and property safety of surrounding residents.Taking the geological hazard monitoring project in Jieyang County as the research object,this paper uses the national land disaster online monitoring system to monitor the potential points in real time.Through a detailed description of the system architecture,communication topology and alarm platform,the safety situation of hidden danger points in Jieyang County is monitored in real time by using the following subsystems:fracture dip angle monitoring subsystem,rainfall monitoring subsystem and mud level monitoring subsystem.Moreover,the monitoring results of the system have been tested by means of on-site investigation,which has verified the technical feasibility and achievement reliability of the national land disaster online monitoring system,and can protect the safety of residents around potential geological potential points in Jieyang County.
