摘要
为了筛选具有抗菌活性的内生真菌,采用表面消毒法和组织分离法从药用植物薰衣草的根组织中分离内生真菌,用纸片法检测内生真菌的抗菌活性,通过形态特征观察和rDNA基因ITS序列分析方法对活性菌株进行鉴定.结果显示,从薰衣草的根中分离出9株形态特征有差异的内生真菌,其中菌株YDZ-8对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑菌作用.根据菌株YDZ-8的形态特征和rDNA基因ITS序列同源性,鉴定该菌株为哈茨木霉菌.
The endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots of Lavandula angustifolia Mill.by surface disinfection method and tissue isolation method,and the antibacterial activity against the Staphylococcus aureus was evaluated by paper disk diffusion method.The active isolates were identified in terms of their morphological features by phylogenetic analysis based on ITS sequence of rDNA gene.The results showed that the endophytic fungi of YDZ-8 had remarkable antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus strain CGMCC1.872.Fungal morphological and molecular identification demonstrated that the endophytic fungi strain YDZ-8 represented Trichoderma harzianum.
