浅析超薄玻璃基板发展现状及趋势 被引量:1

摘要 随着平板显示技术的飞速发展,其上游材料领域如玻璃基板、偏光片、光学膜等也在加速发展。玻璃基板作为显示的核心配件,无论是OLED、TFT还是LTPS都离不开对它的需求,本文简述了液晶玻璃基板的发展现状,以及对其发展趋势进行分析。
