龙胆泻肝汤辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis Caused by Helicobacter Pylori Infection

目的探究龙胆泻肝汤联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月—2022年8月本院收治的Hp感染慢性胃炎患者114例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组57例。对照组采取四联疗法,试验组采取龙胆泻肝汤联合四联疗法。治疗2周后,对比2组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后血清学相关指标水平。结果治疗2周后,试验组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(pepsinogen Ⅱ,PGⅡ)、白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(pepsinogen Ⅰ,PGⅠ)水平、胃蛋白酶原比值(pepsinogen ratio,PGR)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,试验组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染慢性胃炎有助于促进胃酸分泌,改善胃黏膜萎缩,降低炎性反应,提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生风险。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with quadruple therapy on chronic gastritis caused by Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods A total of 114 patients with chronic gastritis caused by Hp infection admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and test group according to random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,while the test group was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with quadruple therapy.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and the level of serum related indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of pepsinogen Ⅱ(PGⅡ)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ)and pepsinogen ratio(PGR)in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis caused by Hp infection could promote gastric acid secretion,improve gastric mucosal atrophy,reduce inflammatory response,improve clinical efficacy,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
