摘要 针对工程训练课程特色不鲜明、层次边界模糊,学科交叉复合型、创新型人才培养机制不健全,课程思政不系统等一系列问题,探讨了一种具有农林特色的工程训练育人体系构建与评价方法,建立了5维度、4层次、11模块的全覆盖、可评价的工程训练实训科目,采用笔试、实操、答辩、报告等多种组合方式对教学效果进行考核评价,为工程训练教学的持续改进提供依据。该育人体系实现了知识传授、技能培养、人格塑造、价值引导的协调统一、一体化育人,为农林类高校提高工程训练课程改革成效发挥了借鉴作用,为创新型人才培养提供了有力支撑。 In view of a series of problems such as unclear characteristics of engineering training courses,fuzzy level boundaries,imperfect training mechanism of interdisciplinary compound and innovative talents,and unsystematic curriculum ideological and political education,this paper discusses a construction and evaluation method of engineering training cultivating system with agricultural and forestry characteristics,and establishes a full coverage and measurable engineering training subject with 5 dimensions,4 levels and 11 modules.The teaching effect is assessed and evaluated by means of written examination,practice,defense and report,so as to provide basis for the continuous improvement of engineering training teaching.The cultivating system realizes the coordination and unity of knowledge transfer,skill training,personality shaping and value guidance.This method provides a new idea for the reform of engineering training courses in agricultural and forestry universities,and can be referenced for talent training in the new period.
