中国氢能储运承压设备标准建设思考

Consideration on the Standard Construction of Pressure Bearing Equipmentfor Hydrogen Energy Storage and Transportation in China

作为重要的清洁能源,氢能已进入快速发展阶段。近年来,中国氢能储运承压设备快速发展,法规标准滞后带来的问题越来越显著。在详细地分析和总结中国氢能储运承压设备法规标准现状的基础上,对急需制定的氢能储运设备标准,特别是高压气氢和液氢储运设备方面的标准进行了梳理和探讨,提出了氢能储运承压设备法规标准建设的若干建议,涉及氢能储运设备产品标准、使用标准、检验标准、性能试验标准等4个方面的17条相关建议。

As a vital clean energy,hydrogen energy has entered a stage of rapid development.In recent years,with the rapid development of pressure equipment for hydrogen energy storage and transportation in China,the problems caused by lagging laws and standards are getting increasingly obvious.Based on the detailed analysis and summary of the current regulations and standards of hydrogen energy storage and transportation pressure equipment in China,the standards of hydrogen energy storage and transportation equipment which are urgently needed to be formulated,especially the standards concerning high pressure gas hydrogen and liquid hydrogen storage and transportation equipment are reviewed and discussed.Besides,several suggestions on the construction of regulations and standards for hydrogen energy storage and transportation pressure equipment are put forward herein,involving 17 suggestions in four aspects including product standards,application standards,inspection standards and performance test standards of hydrogen energy storage and transportation equipment.
