非计划性再次手术精准质控管理的信息化实践探索

Practice of Precise Quality Control Management for Unplanned Reoperation

为对非计划再次手术形成主动、实时、前瞻性的精准监测管理,某三甲医院从2020年开始对院内手术采取了精准质控管理模式,包括医生主动填报、实时修正、出院强制整改分析及数据分类整理。结果显示,经过两年的精准质控管理,1 04 624例手术共发生非计划再次手术99例,总体发生率为0.09%,呈下降趋势。采用信息化管理的闭环管理模式能有效降低非计划再次手术的发生率,持续提高手术质量,并为医院提供非计划再次手术管理的客观依据和有效管理路径。

In order to form an active,real-time,forward-looking and accurate monitoring management for unplanned reoperation,A tertiary hospital has actively adopted a precise quality control management model for the hospital operation since 2020,including doctors'active filling,real-time correction,discharge forced rectification analysis,data classification and collation.The results showed that after two years of precise quality control management,99 cases of unplanned reoperation occurred among 104624 surgeries,with an overall incidence of 0.09% and have a downward trend.The closed-loop management mode with informatization can effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned reoperation,continuously improve the quality of surgery,and provide the objective basis and effective management path for the hospital to manage unplanned reoperation.
