文章通过研究数字化智能安防在商业楼宇管理中的应用,设计了面向智慧楼宇的安防可视化管理系统,打通与门禁系统、访客系统、停车场管理系统、巡检系统、消防系统、梯控系统以及视频监控系统等安防业务子系统的数据通道,完成各业务系统数据的有效整合,构建数据融合服务能力,并以虚拟建筑信息模型为载体,将安防平台运行的各项关键数据进行综合数据看板展现,实现多维度日常运行监测与展示,为商业楼宇管理提供完善的安防支撑体系,提高了管理协作生产力,提升数字化服务能力。

By studying the application of digital intelligent security in commercial building management,the article designs a security visualization management system for intelligent buildings,opens the data channel with security business subsystems such as access control system,visitor system,parking management system,inspection system,fire control system,ladder control system and video surveillance system,completes the effective integration of data of each business system,builds data integration service capability,and uses The virtual building information model is used as a carrier to show the key data of the security platform operation on a comprehensive data kanban board to achieve multi-dimensional daily operation monitoring and display,providing a perfect security support system for commercial building management,improving management collaboration productivity and enhancing digital service capability.
