职业教育教材监测的基本内涵、现实困境与实施路径 被引量:3

摘要 教材是国家事权,职业教育教材质量直接关系到职业教育人才培养质量。亟需明确职业教育教材监测的基本内涵和构成要素,深入分析教材监测在实践过程中面临的问题,包括重视程度不够、组织系统职能分工待明确、实施系统构成要素待完善、监测结果运用不到位等。进一步提出实施路径:一是明确监测主体职能,建立职业教育教材监测体系;二是完善监测实施系统,推动职业教育教材监测科学、有效实施;三是充分运用监测结果,强化基于监测结果的职业教育教材反馈与问责机制。 Teaching materials are the national authority,and the quality of vocational education teaching materials is directly related to the quality of vocational education personnel training.There is an urgent need to clarify the basic connotation and constituent elements of vocational education textbook monitoring,and deeply analyze the problems faced in the practical process of textbook monitoring,including insufficient attention,unclear division of organizational system functions,incomplete implementation of system constituent elements,and inadequate application of monitoring results.Further implementation paths;first,clarify the functions of monitoring subjects and establish a monitoring system for vocational education textbooks;second,improve the implementation system of monitoring and promote scientific and effective implementation of vocational education textbook monitoring;third,fully utilize the monitoring results to strengthen feedback and accountability mechanisms for vocational education teaching materials based on monitoring results.
