高职教师教学竞赛的异化隐忧、逻辑根源及改善策略 被引量:2

摘要 高职教师教学竞赛的异化是指主体参与竞赛过程中,产生与竞赛宗旨相背离的现象或行为,偏离教学竞赛的“教育”轨道。其外在表现为高职教师教学竞赛的高速发展,攫取了高职教师正常教学的时间;竞赛结果的价值过度量化,窄化了教学竞赛“育人”的价值;参与动机的功利显现,违背了高职教师能力培养的规律。这些现象的出现是受到管理、技术、速度三层逻辑系统影响的结果。可以从减弱教学竞赛的数量追求,增进各类赛事的内涵建设;减弱绩效考核对竞赛成绩的捆绑,增强教学竞赛的“育人”价值;减弱速度逻辑对教学竞赛的束缚,增加“以赛促教”的自觉性方面改善。 The alienation of teaching competitions among higher vocational teachers refers to the phenomenon or behavior that deviates from the competition’s purpose and moves away from the education track during participation.This study examines how the rapid development of teaching competitions has affected normal teaching time and over-quantified competition results have narrowed the value of educating students in higher vocational colleges.Moreover,this utilitarian manifestation violates the law of higher vocational teachers’ability training.These phenomena result from three-level logical systems,namely management,technology,and speed.To address these issues,we recommend reducing the number of competitions while enhancing connotation construction,weakening performance assessment on competition results while strengthening education values,and reducing restrictions imposed by speed logic on teaching competition while promoting a consciousness for improving teaching through competition.
