摘要 湛江引调水工程具有超大口径的球墨铸铁管、多管材混合管道交错布置、管道安装难度大和地势起伏高差大等特点,对其水压试验方案进行了系统设计,实践检验成功,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 Zhanjiang water diversion project is characterized by super large diameter ductile iron pipe,multi-pipe mixed pipeline staggered arrangement,difficult installation of pipeline and large terrain fluctuation.The variation of water pressure along the pipeline is very important for engineering safety.Hydraulic test scheme is designed systematically according to the engineering characteristics,and test results is proved to be right by practice.Test scheme of this project is expected to provide reference for the water diversion project of multi-tube mixed pipes such as super-large diameter ductile iron pipes and steel pipes.
